I know what it is like to work hard for employers and not be rewarded appropriately.  I did this for years and was largely unappreciated (my paycheck declared this).

I also know what it is like to want to operate a business and be in control of my own economic success, only to be "barred" from the opportunity because of a lack of funds.

I started this business with just a few hundred dollars and worked my butt off for years (though for some strange reason, the flesh results are not visible on my posterior).
